Catherine Cameron
Catherine Cameron is a Canadian artist, certified art therapy practitioner, and accomplished business professional. Her work is characterized by a vibrant use of colour, with each piece radiating joy, light, and hope—a reflection of her lifelong passion for the arts. A multidisciplinary creative, Catherine finds inspiration in painting, design, dance, and guitar, infusing her artistic and therapeutic practice with energy, emotion, and purpose. While much of Catherine’s work celebrates beauty, light, and resilience, she also delves fearlessly into deeper, often darker emotional terrain. Through her art, she confronts vulnerability, pain, and complex truths—most notably in her compelling recent series, Exposure, which lays bare what is often hidden or unspoken.
What distinguishes Catherine is her uncommon blend of artistic sensitivity and professional insight. With a background spanning business, strategic communications, crisis and reputation management, DEI, human psychology, and a specialization in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution from a business school in France, she brings a nuanced, multidimensional perspective to her creative and therapeutic work. This rich foundation allows her to help others engage with art not only as a form of self-expression, but as a pathway to healing, personal discovery, and deeper social awareness.
